Reflective journal These past three months of Research have been crucial for my development as a professional artist. I found it a great source of learning and something every artist should be able to come back to as a stored knowledge that will be there everytime they're in need of answers. During my BA I had already explored subjects as Semiotics and Material culture, which I consider fundamental to understand art as a language that surrounds us. Nonetheless, these lectures helped me put knowledge into practice and helped me to become more confident when I look for sources for my practice. The confrontations we regularely had in class about the art industry, gender, politics,history etc had a substantial part in my growth as a master's student.
